At Canada Luggage Depot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new travel gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags, warranty cards, and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
